I would like to tell you what happened to me in Carter county Kentucky my family had worked very very hard for a house in Carter county at their death judge Rupert wilwood and his brother Mr will will both for the sale of my home I was threatened by Mr will will that if I did not sell it conform to the sale of my house I could go to a group home meet nice new people well the next meeting Mr wilhoit threatened my aunt about me having reputation of telling bizarre tales I was given no legal boss in Carter county Kentucky I was told it was handed down that I got no legalized this way they could come back on me worse than a double jeopardy worse than a triple jeopardy and put me in a group home or institution I would like to tell you what happened my cousin could not take the blunt for how he acted so he took me to the Carter county Court false accuse me of lying to put me away he was threatened to shoot my brother and I and falsely accuse me of one not to take the blunt in the Carter county Court this knocked me out of my life that's not me out of my living that's not me out of my married life I'd almost forced to sell my home judge will who is very very corrupt my mother with my mother and my brother were told but the court and pathways Incorporated had a scam to get our home and we did not know how they're using mental health to knock people out of everything they want and they're doing this illegally and judge Wilkins allowance to go on my grandmother was allowed to get on vocation allowed to get on the phone to vocational rehabilitation and tail a bunch of Life deliberately purposely to knock me out of Allah cuz I don't care about me anyway I never did like you she must have not locked my brother because she want to hear what a liar I was my brother had to work his dying days at Smithfield in Grayson Kentucky he could not even walk over the threshold of the door he was diagnosed 4 weeks before he died of terminal brain cancer he had been to the hospital continually and continually at King's daughters in Ashland Kentucky they only said it was vertigo well my brother died at 50 years old he said mother why should I care about getting a job why should I care about going to the doctor and getting well if something is terminally wrong with me what will be will be they will not let us have it let her have a job so we can get her house except and it be nice my brother didn't even care about living where judge Rupert Wilfred and judge Stevenson let my cousin lie in the Carter county court I told judge Stevenson exactly in 2005 exactly how he acted she questioned my credibility well I was online because I was lying about the number of times but he I told judge Davidson and she questioned my credibility the only thing it should be in question how many times he had threatened us he had threatened us three times and we had to put up with it Carter county court is Aiden in a bedding in perjury to put people in an institution so they can talk the doctors and the putting the people with the psychiatrist and psychopters have never caught it and they're looking at the doctors and saying look at the wild tells look at the wild Taylor and talking the doctors in the falsely in prison people and judge will is letting it go on and you know what I was forced to sell my home because of my reputation of telling bizarre tells but you know what or go to group home but you know what how can I have a reputation of telling bizarre tells when judge Wilson on July 3rd 2019 said in court I believe you he doesn't want people and he pathways Incorporated does not want people to have a married life so somebody can step in it and fight for them they don't want it they don't want to get their life straightened up or anything they will not help them get a job they will help their pets get their jobs but they will not help anybody and they will not help no one get a better life they know who is handed down not to be able to open a better life they are doing this to get make a quote for Eastern State people are not allowed to speak up what's going on I'm speaking up they're taking people to the courthouse falsely accusing in my line that's had nervous breakdowns to make a quote for Eastern State they're not allowed to speak up until the glory even the name and the judges the county attorney at all are getting in court and making false statements the false imprison of people they're getting in there and telling people it's their nerves how crazy they are how they don't know how to tell the glory of the Lord how they're liable to say anything don't know how to tell the truth don't I don't know how to tell the truth and how it's just their nerves or plum crazy if people would speak up and get and and tell the judge people are tired of people standing there beforehand and tell him false statements to false imprisonment it would stop what it is it's politics if it's not handed down to do something to somebody the court system will not do it because of this corruption to put some people away and it's got to stop that's and I believe that the reason that it's done like this politics corruption they know who it's handed down to go to Eastern State my brother died and he said mom he said I heard but the Carter county court and pathways Incorporated were after our home we said how they were so dirty The Carter county Court would not even deliver our title for our double wide for 15 years 15 years because they were trying to force the cell of the house you know the governor of Kentucky should have told my family I will help her in any way put him away anybody that was threatened to shoot anybody in the head and shoot at least three times three complaints were made not one thing was done to this person because my cousin had the nerve to kill me and shoot in the head and the anger issue but he did not want to kill me he wanted to kill me by due process of the law the law killing me because he told me he said if I ever get my chance I'm going to put you away that is killing somebody but due process of the law and judge Rupert is allowing this to go on and the county attorney's in Carter county Kentucky to kill somebody but do process the law and they don't want to get a job they don't want to get married because I want them to live in poverty and disparity so they can make sure they're lined up and groomed for Eastern State people needs to get it spread the corruption in Carter county Court is spelled corruption when the judge said three words I believe you but his brother was so mean that he threatened me with a group home even after the judge had ruled I believe you and he will not overturn this because he wants to keep on coming back at me to put me away even though it was an illegal and fraudulent more so it's pet didn't take the money he was he made sure that his pet didn't take the blunt because it wouldn't look too nice a former Carter county employee get up for threatened to shoot his family they're taking a payoff or something something shady went down in the Carter county Court slim prison me nobody's allowed to nobody's allowed to say anything but judge somebody treating him to the Carter county courthouse enum I begged and I pleaded for a job for for 22 years at pathways pathways would not help me they didn't care that my brother was might have a terminal illness all they wanted to do was make a quote for Eastern State this need to be turned in exactly what my cousin did my cousin need to take the blunt for threatening to shoot us in the head he need to go into prison no my cousin got to go on with his life and achieve judge wilwood denied me of the right to prosperity because I did not like somebody threatened to shoot me in the head that is just legalized murder him letting people lie in the Carter tanker he would not charge him with perjury he will not publicly apologize to me even though my cousin was slandering my name he allows anything and everything to go on to make a quote for Eastern State judge wilhoy and judge Davidson was going to get me ran out of Carter county because I was known as such a liar for telling how cousin acted I was not allowed to say it I spoke up in the Carter county Court and I was told that my credibility had been questioned you know what the judge David I need to say she need to speak up and say have you acted this despicable and mean and lie the first sling in prison somebody Carter county is doing this to make a quote for Eastern State I will not allow me to marry they will not allow me to do one thing I am denied the right to all my privileges because they don't want it because they want to make a quota I was told by my Carter by my public defender and Carter county if we don't want her to have we don't have to that is a form of false imprisonment and I have been denied everything people need to speak up and say why are you denying people of everything I would be ashamed of myself if I was a judge and I denied somebody the right to prosperity because somebody could not take the blunt people needs to address this people need to call the county attorney at 6:06-474-51 51 and get changes until then that this case involving this girl where her cousin threatened to shoot him needs to be overturned because the petitioner that and people are not putting up with judges allowing people to lie I ruin it spread everywhere in the prostate area and in the state of Kentucky how the judge in Carter county Kentucky is allowing people to lie to steal their property and money and forcing the sale of your home for group and his brothers saying you go to a group home people and he doesn't want them to have driver's license so you can make sure they're groomed and prepped for Eastern State he's got I've got to make a quote and it must be a plan thing for years to put people away because I was told that people didn't have this plan for me didn't have that plan for me you know what that is a form of false imprisonment and everybody needs to ask why did you let him lie this is a planned one a plan so he didn't take the blunt plan to make me do without my married life and mom always even interested to my family don't worry the family ain't making my living people need to speak up and say we're tired what's going on it killed my family it killed my family my brother had to go work himself to death and judge Rupert Wilson would not even let him have his home and but he's got a mansion in heaven judge my brother's got on me Janine Haven even though judge willhuit would not allow him to have a mansion on Earth and you know what I can truthfully say he made it to heaven but there's a lot of Judges going to go to hell what they're letting people do to other people hell is where judge Wilkins going to go for letting him lie in the Carter county Court not doing one thing about it you know I never thought that I'd be taken to the Carter county Court false accused of mine so my cousin couldn't take the blood they took me to the Carter county court for transcribe memory of exactly the same lines that my dad told them people I am not my father when they did that that was presenting false evidence to false in prison me they were even going to try to set me up to make sure I went for a felony that I had stole money off the family that's my father had borrowed because they got to make a quote and the reason the Carter county Court wouldn't do nothing to my mom about saying these lies and falsely blamed to me because of Carter county Court one to have their fun one to Heather trick or treat because a dick wouldn't do much to my mom only put my mom in arrest him put me in a group home and it needs to be spread around my Carter county Court Stone and he's our last killed my brother so you know what they're letting the Father Tell the lies blaming the daughter so they can make a quota we all know how judge Rupert will that's people lie to steal their property for a group home institution that's his name that's Carter county's name

Mariachi's Mexican Restaurant is amazing. It's my favorite place to eat in Berea. I also love Noodle Nirvana. It rocks! Gold Star Chili is great as well. As for shopping, Peace Craft and Log House Craft Gallery are my personal favorites. Berea Top Shop Inc., Something Olde Antique Mall, and The Village Life are neat places to shop, too. When it comes to attractions, I highly recommend Berea Pinnacles, Indian Fort Mountain, and The Historic Boone Tavern Hotel And Restaurant. All of those places are beloved by locals and tourists alike. I came to Berea 15 years ago for a 4 month work internship. I loved it so much that I moved here. Enjoy your trip. You just may love it so much that you will want to stay here, too.

Hi! I'm visiting Berea and some other towns in Central Kentucky in October, probably around the 18th, for 5 to 7 days (my autumn vacation since I didn't take a summer one). I was just curious, what are some fun things to do in Berea, and which restaurants and unique attractions would the locals suggest for a date night? Please no negativity. I'm looking for honest, serious suggestions about which businesses that locals would recommend for tourists to visit, not a bashing fest about a business where someone had to wait 3 minutes longer than they wanted to before the waitress could serve them their french fries then they got upset and cried for 10 months straight. I have been refused service twice now by the same employee working nights.She is a young girl.She refuses to acknowledge mask exemptions and when schooled on this she loses her temper and refuses service.My first encounter when my wife and I just left church entered the Marathon on Lexington Road in Richmond KY,my wife had her mask on also.When she was told I had a exemption she threw a pack of cigarettes across the counter at my wife.We left without purchasing anything.I went back in tonight since that encounter and she rudely told me to get a mask on.I once again asked her if she was familiar with mask exemptions.She then asked me what my condition was.I told her it’s none of her business and HIPPA laws state no one has to divulge medical conditions.Once again she flew mad claiming I was rude and she refused to sell me my product.I told her I still had not had a chance to speak with someone in Marathons complaint system yet about how she treated my wife before.Well that only enraged her more and she screamed for me to leave.So if you have a mask exemption steer clear of this place.Spend your money where you’ll be appreciated!

Does anyone remember the old country store off Jefferson Street owned by Fannie Azbill Gadd in the mid- century through the end of the 1970’s. We are looking for people who knew Fannie. Fannie had a juke box on the front porch of the store and sold soda out of several refrigerators along with candy, chips and groceries. My parents and their friends used to spend weekend nights dancing on Fannie’s porch. My friends and I used to walk over from Berea Community High School to Fannie’s for lunch. We want to collect stories and possibly any photos of Fannie and her store. Please reply if you have any info to share about Fannie

The three "involved" decision makers made an "uninformed" decision. The cost to replace the rescue squad and offer the same level of care was not considered. The thought that extrication "was" rescue was ignorant. The MCRS has EMA instructors, BSAR trained individuals, members trained in MSO, rope tech trained, swift water rescue techs, HazMat Techs, EMTs, individuals trained in man-tracking, orienteering using UTM, large animal rescue, trench rescue, Urban search and rescue, building stabilization, FEMA marking systems, preserving evidence, scent article collection, drowning recovery, farm rescue, large vehicle rescue, lost person behavior, ICS 100, 200, 700s, 800s, 300, & 400, personnel experienced with working with search and rescue canines. Most active members are cross-trained at technician levels. MCRS has written guidelines and procedures required by KYEM. MCRS does not engage in cave or dive rescue. In order to be a generalized rescue squad (extrication), the county fire department would need to change its mission statement, training objectives, bylaws and written procedures to meet KRS39F requirements. The department would also need to have 12 active rescue members including a commanding officer and a vehicle dedicated to rescue. County fire will also need to submit quarterly incident and training reports to KYEM. Each active rescue personnel will need to be provided with required equipment and training. My experience has been that paid departments usually pay overtime for this training which can be 40 hours to become technician level in one specialized discipline. MCRS meets the training requirements specified by statute and administrative regulation outlined in KRS39F. MCRS has the equipment required by administrative regulation to engage in general rescue and specialized squad activity as listed in its mission statement. The county government is making a mistake telling the community that there is a duplication of service, that they have trained personnel to replace the MCRS, and that they have the necessary equipment. I have also heard that there was mention of using Bluegrass Emergency Response Team to respond to specialized incidents. The response time could be hours based on the incident because BERT houses specialized gear in different counties. The BERT team does not do many types of rescue that MCRS provides. Also, has there been ANY documentation signed by ANY organizations stating that they are willing to provide mutual aid and rescue squad activities? Are the volunteer departments ready to provide these services? Has Richmond Fire agreed to providing fire coverage if Madison County Fire is on a rescue call? KRS 39F (rescue squads), KRS 75, and KRS 95 as they relate to operation of fire departments. I am very familiar with NFPA 1670 and the fire commission's 150- and 400-hour certifications. The training subjects for the fire commission certifications have only one class that could be considered rescue and that is ropes. It is most likely not rigging systems and high angle related. NFPA 1670 focuses on organizations working to achieve a particular level of competency to operate at several different technical disciplines. It is not meant to address individual rescuer skills or qualifications. Even NFPA 1006 established minimum job performance requirements for technician level. This does not mean that once you achieve technician that the learning process is over. NFPA states that the skills and knowledge involved in the specialized disciplines are usually high technicality in comparison the low frequency of use. Retention of knowledge and regression of abilities are viable concerns for individual qualifications. For that reason, NFPA strongly encourages individuals to regularly do self-assessments of skills and knowledge. The amount of money that it will cost to train career paid firefighters to do the same tasks offered for free by the Madison County Rescue Squad will be enormous. Not only is county fire promising to provide trained personnel (which they do not have), but they also do not have the required equipment.
